IRVTA   தன்னுடைய பலிபீடத்தைத் தகர்த்ததினால் பாகால் அவனோடு வாதாடட்டும் என்று சொல்லி, அந்த நாளிலே அவனுக்கு யெருபாகால் பாகால் தனக்காக வழக்காடட்டும் என்று பெயர் சூட்டப்பட்டது.
ERVTA   யோவாஸ், "கிதியோன் பாகாலின் பலிபீடத்தை அழித்திருந்தால், பாகால் அவனோடு வழக்காடட்டும்" என்றான். அந்நாளில் யோவாஸ் கிதியோனுக்கு ஒரு புதிய பெயரிட்டான். அவனை யெருபாகால் என்று அழைத்தான்.
RCTA   பாவாலே தன் பீடத்தை அழித்தவனைப் பழிவாங்கட்டும் என்று யோவாசு கூறினதால், அன்று முதல் கெதெயோன் ஜேரோபாவால் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டான்.
ECTA   "தன் பலிபீடத்தைத் தகர்த்தெறிந்த இந்த மனிதனோடு பாகாலே போராடிக்கொள்ளட்டும்" என்று கூறி, அவர்கள் கிதியோனுக்கு "எருபாகால்" என்று அந்நாளில் பெயரிட்டனர்.

TEV   ఒకడు తన బలిపీఠమును విరుగ గొట్టినందున అతనితో బయలు వాదించుకొననిమ్మని చెప్పి దినమున అతనికి యెరుబ్బయలను పేరు పెట్టెను.
ERVTE   “ఒకవేళ బయలు బలిపీఠాన్ని గిద్యోను పడగొట్టియుంటే అతనితోనే బయలును వాదించమనండి.” అని యోవాషు చెప్పాడు. కనుక రోజున యోవాషు గిద్యోనుకు యెరుబ్బయెలు అని ఒక కొత్త పేరు పెట్టాడు.
IRVTE   ఒకడు తన బలిపీఠాన్ని విరగ్గొట్టాడు కాబట్టి బయలునే అతనితో వాదించుకోనిమ్మని చెప్పిన కారణంగా, దినాన గిద్యోనుకు “యెరుబ్బయలు” అని పేరు వచ్చింది. PEPS
HOV   इसलिये उस दिन गिदोन का नाम यह कहकर यरूब्बाल रखा गया, कि इस ने जो बाल की वेदी गिराई है तो इस पर बाल आप वाद विवाद कर ले॥
ERVHI   योआश ने कहा, “यदि गिदोन ने बाल की वेदी को गिराया तो बाल को उससे संघर्ष करने दो।” अत: उस दिन योआश ने गिदोन को एक नया नाम दिया। उसने उसे यरूब्बाल कहा।
IRVHI   इसलिए उस दिन गिदोन का नाम यह कहकर यरूब्बाल रखा गया*, कि इसने जो बाल की वेदी गिराई है तो इस पर बाल आप वाद विवाद कर ले।
MRV   योवाश पुढे म्हणाला, “जर गिदोनने बआलच्या वेदीचा विध्वंस केला आहे तर बआलाच त्याच्याशी वाद करु द्या.” त्या दिवसापासून योवाशने गिदोनला नवे नाव दिले ते म्हणजे यरुब्बाल.
