ERVTA   அந்த ஜனங்கள் தங்களை வலியவர்களாக கருதும்படி கர்த்தர் செய்தார். அப்போதுதான் அவர்கள் இஸ்ரவேலரோடு போர் செய்யக் கருதக்கூடும், இரக்கமின்றி அந்த ஜனங்களை அழிப்பதற்கு யோசுவாவிற்கு வழியுண்டாகும். கர்த்தர் மோசேக்குக் கட்டளையிட்டபடியே அவன் அவர்களை அழிக்கமுடியும்.
